The Horex VR6 is in the spot light again. The interesting supernaked which was presented at the last Intermot 2010, is a famous traditional Germain brand revival. What makes Horex so special and definitely different from the others is it’s power plant / six-cylinder hypertrophic narrow V engine (15 ° between the cylinder banks), exactly the same design concept that made Volkswagen Corrado and Golf famous. One more thing is there – a Rotex supercharger strapped to a 1200cc engine – boosting power anywhere between 175 and 200hp.
To set up an assembly line for engines involves a very large investments, and therefore Horex outsourced this part of the motorcycle manufacturing. This phase will be entrusted to the Weber Motor, a company specializing in engines building, based in Markdorf. The production, will therefore remain in Germany, ensuring the possibility of applying the label “Made in Germany”.
Production start is planned for the end of 2011.

This is my future bike there. I always fascinated by the VR6 engine because I am a VW Corrado VR6 and I love the naked, street fighter and standard bikes.
This sums it up!
I am ready when they launch it, though they delayed the supercharger model at later date in 2012.
