The interweb is currently in the overdrive over the latest Kawasaki hyperbike – the much awaited 2012 ZX-14 (that’s ZZR1400 for our US friends). What do we know so far. It would be green, the engine size will be 1429ccm, the electronic package will be similar to the ZX-10R and it will be unveiled on 10/10/2011. That’s about it. So why is the community going wild – it’s because of the scans from the Japanese magazine called Young Machine which you can see after the jump. They were photoshops for the sake of being an illustrative part of the article about the new ZX-14, they weren’t the real thing.
The whole mess started when someone released them as the real thing! All said and done, the one side that will benefit the most from this hype is the Kawasaki, so no harm done. Just hours and hours of forum activities, web mining and looking for that picture of the real thing.
