Is this the coolest looking stock bike on the market or what? The 2012 Special Edition of the popular Kawasaki W800 is better than ever and for us the Kawasaki created an instant classic! All metal (no plastic here) with the vertical air-cooled twin-cylinder engine (a real tribute to the classic Kawasaki W1), this time travel machine will take you down the vintage road in a heart beat. All of it’s 773cc’s were tweaked for the low down torque (usable from 2500rpm), the 19 inch front / 18 inch back wheels are anodized in Gold while the 300mm disc is in charge of the stopping power.
The special edition W800 is the latest model from the brand that covers 45 years with Kawasaki W1 original debut in 1966. It was the model with the largest displacement in Japan at that time.
The pictures tell more than a thousand words, so we write no more. Just be sure not to miss the peashooter-styled exhaust pipes in matt black….just brilliant!
