Ducati Monster MS4R by Paolo Tesio

Paolo Tesio had a simple idea – to improve the looks of the stock Ducati Monster S4R – but to not “over-do-it”. The result is subtle, almost streefighter-looking Monster with a new badge – MS4R! The fork covers and the rear end were custom made using the computers and the aid of 3D CNC machine. The fiberglass parts were then painted and mounted on the bike. The custom subframe is easy to mount, and if someone want a dual seat he can simply un-screw the single seat and screw the original double. Continue reading →

Kitano Replica K-16 by Snake Motors

The incredible Japanese…
The story goes something like this: Snake Motors built a vintage looking board tracker powered by a small 50cc engine for Mr.Kitano, and present it in the magazing “Setagaya” Vol.18 under the name DAYTONA No245 (complicated, but bare with us). The small cc masterpiece became a big hit and people started inquiring. What we see in front of us is the replica of the Mr. Kitano’s bike named the K-16. Snake Motors can build you one – the exact same replica – but you would need to wait for a while. Continue reading →

ZOOMER by A Beard

Little 49cc Honda Zoomer (Ruckus) is probably one of the most popular and recognizable scooters of our generation. With it’s utilitarian looks and two oversized round headlights it became an instant hit, creating a subculture dedicated only to customizing these beautiful bikes. “A Beard” – a custom shop from Japan – had their go at it, ditching the usual stretched-out-slammed looks and going for a cute looking orange Zoomer featuring a “custom seat with an integrated sissy bar”. :) Continue reading →

2012 MotoGP / Stoner’s first win at Jerez

Stoner put an amazing show winning the Jerez / Gran Premio bwin de España for the first time in his career. Although he started from the 5th position, Stoner slowly but surely worked his way up, and once he got in to the lead, he never look back, setting the crushing pace that nobody could match. In the last 1/3rd of the race it looked as if the 2nd placed Jorge Lorenzo had something up his sleeve, but the last couple of laps were so fast – that even No.99 couldn’t do anything about it. Dani Pedrosa – an early leader of the race – had to settle for the 3rd and final spot on the podium. Continue reading →

As long as it has it’s Hella 500 Off Road headlight with the recognizable cover and it’s 1972 Harley-Davidson 125cc Aermacchi Rapido gas tank – it’s all good. Continue reading →

BMW R100 7,Oak by La Raiz Motorcycles

The old BMW R100′s are in fashion these days and this last one is coming from the Spanish custom workshop of La Raiz Motorcycles. The restauration began by sourcing the original tank from the pre-seventies model, which was in perfect condition, with original green paint and found in…Germany! The bike was then stripped off and the grinding and cleaning process began. The handle bars were replaced with aftermarket ones, while the subframe was hand fabricated for that cool flat-seat looks. 2011 Cookstown 100 / Superbike Race

Like the “crazy” Isle of Man Tourist Trophy (IOMTT) is not enough, the Brits invented couple of more public-road races. One of them is the Cookstown 100, nothing more than a couple of B roads put together to make a lap. The interesting thing is that these races act like the ice “breakers” for the main event – where all of the top riders (Michael Dunlop, Guy Martin, Derek Shiels etc.) go for a spin to prepare themselves for the “real scare”. Just check out the safety features all over the course in the video that follows. Mental!… Continue reading →
