With universal software and longer battery life, the Navigator Adventure is a versatile GPS navigation system that can be used for a host of outdoor activities, such as cycling, hiking or sailing, as well as motorcycling. The car installation kit, available as an special accessory, enables the Navigator Adventure with its preinstalled road maps also to be used in cars.
The BMW Motorrad Navigator Adventure makes touring on unfamiliar routes easier, safer and more relaxing. A 4-inch touch screen with flexible orientation enables you to determine your current GPS position quickly and precisely even in thick forests or between tall buildings. The dual battery system with the rechargeable lithium ion battery pack gives the Navigator Adventure up to 16 hours of battery life. Using conventional AA batteries increases this to 22 hours. Fuel Bespoke Motorcycles’ latest creation, based on a 1984 BMW R80 ST, is inspired by the likes of Triumph, BSA and Pentons of the Sixties, motorcycles that used to ride the International Six Days Trials.
The front fork, sourced from a BMW K75 Sport, has been adapted by designing and machining the front axle and the triple trees. The brake section has also been improved with a 320mm oversize disc, a 4-piston caliper Brembo and Nissin master cylinder. The entire front disc and displacer caliper has been designed by Fuel and built by a specialist. The rear features a Wilbers shock with multiple adjustments. Continue reading →
