Tyligo foldable Ducati Color Coded trailer

…treat you Ducati with a nice trailer…color coded of course…

If you dont mind paying 3,500 british pounds (5,700 US dollars) for a trailer, than this is the treat for you – and your Ducati. Space saving foldable Tyligo (“to fold” in greek) trailers were invented by Matthieu Philippault. Interestingly each and every Tyligo trailer is made to order, and can be color coded – matching you bike. But it doesn’t have to be only bikes – camping gear, Jetskis, bicycles – these trailers are covering every niche market there is. Continue reading →

The Fleet Street by Nejc Brezovšek and Team3 Technologies

From time to time you need to take a step back, and look again at the whole motorcycle world, in order to come up with something fresh and exciting. Well Nejc Brezovšek and Team3 Technologies did just that. He envisioned a bike like no other before, made out of light materials such as aluminum and carbon fiber. It’s frame is developed to house powerful ICE engines (V-Twin) and electric engines if the need for one arise. The styling is definitely eclectic, and can’t be easily defined by any of the popular categories used today. Rear end is Ducati, from the side it looks like a custom Harley with a hint of streetfighter in the front. Continue reading →

Ipothesys Moto Guzzi by Alessandro Loviselli

The custom sport Moto Guzzi dubbed Ipothesys was born from a single idea – the idea to transform a regular motorcycle into the unique and deeply personal object of desire. But not by leaving it to the others to do it for you, but to go through the process yourself and control as much you can by doing it from a start to finish. Alessandro Loviselli had this idea, and he’s very close to complete it. The starting point for the project is a well known Moto Guzzi Griso 1200 8v, a pinacle in V-Twin air cooled engine design, but not exactly a “sporty” bike. With a constant support from Filippo Barbacane (Officine Rossopuro) the changes started to happen, mostly in the visual, suspension and frame department. Continue reading →

Moto Guzzi Sport Prototype by Luca Bar Design

This is the latest motorcycle design done by a very talented Luca Bar. Touching a sensitive subject of Moto Guzzi’s position within the Piaggio group, Luca is proposing something a bit different – a sport bike but with a different flavor to dominant Aprilia RSV4′s. Unlike the legendary air cooled V-Twin of the past – Luca is contemplating a liquid cooled unit with cylinders rotated by 90 degrees. This will give more leg room to the riders while the fuel injection will have the logical top position on the cylinder. What distincts Moto Guzzi Sport from it’s half-brother (RSV4) is the front suspension based on Hossak system and the single sided swingarm, but other than that – the rest is pretty much Aprilia (frame, re-done bodywork, tank). Just ‘cus he can, Luca did the body in carbon fiber and the seat in nice brown leather. We love it! Continue reading →

Past Concepts / CarvX 4-wheeled Tilting Xtreme Off-Road Bicycle

This concept was introduced back in 2008, and till today we didn’t the real life model. Designed by Rob Crins / GBO Design it represents a 4-wheeled tilting aluminum off-road bicycle, and what basically this concept does it introduces an ability to aid the steering by leaning your body “into the curve”. It has 4 independent wishbone suspensions and four hydraulic disc brakes. The “human” power is transfered from the pedals to the rear wheels via 14 speed Rohloff hub. Continue reading →

Ducati 798 Desmosport R by Oberdan Bezzi / Affordable “Panigale”

It’s all about the brand…

We’ve been following Oberdan Bezzi for quite some time, as he’s one of the most talented and active motorcycle designers around. But to be honest his latest Desmosport 798 R is not as good as some of his previous projects – yet it’s probably the most popular article picked by the world wide motorcycling media. We ask why? The answer probably lies in the fact that this particular one is not all about the taste and aesthetics, but more about the hype and the bike’s brand…Ducati brand that is… Continue reading →

2010 Honda Stateline Slammer Bagger / Past Concepts

This is absolute proof that Honda can do it if they want to, but it seems that most of the time they don’t want it! The Slammer Bagger Concept was designed by American Honda R&D from South California, using the existing Honda VT1300 Stateline. Designer Eric Dunshee did a full front-end conversion, mounted a 23-inch front custom wheel, fully adjustable air-ride suspension all round, and a NAV/Multimedia, along with a 500 watt audio system together with a 10-inch subwoofer. Honda TT Legend CBR1000RR / 2012 IOMTT

John McGuinness and Simon Andrews will be happy. Very happy. They might not ride the fastest bike on the 2012 Isle Of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) and Northwest 200 grid, but it would definitely be the one of the most beautiful. Meet the 20th anniversary Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade Motul TT Legends. Enough said. Continue reading →
