1199 Panigale on the Isle of Man / MCN Video

Check out MCN’s Senior Road Tester Adam Child riding the latest 2012 Ducati Panigale 1199 on the Mountain course of Isle of Man. The crazy Ducati bike is trying to fly-him-off the course every time it’s throttle get’s twisted! And most of the time the revs aren’t even close to the red line…195hp of pure intoxicating horror…. 2012 Aprilia RS4 Biaggi replica / The New Teen Dream

These bikes are totally mad, and we’ll try to explain why. First of all – who would pay £3,099 for a 50cc bike?! Or £4,299 for a 125cc one? No matter if they come in the new 2012 Superbike livery – the exact same one that Max Biaggi has on his Aprilia RSV4. Second – who will ride this bikes? Some rich kid perhaps, who’s father wouldn’t mind to shelf such amount of money for something that could kill him faster that he do 1-2-3 shift? Ok ok, we are being a bit too dramatic, but you get the idea. Continue reading →

Turntable Rider by COGOO

What if your bicycle could make music…?

Have you ever thought that when you stunt you bicycle, you hear the music? Some of the guys on the interweb never did, so they decided to hook some sensors to their bikes, and create music. Every time the rider would grab the brake, do a wheelie or a stoppie – the sensor would pick it up and reproduce a sound. Something like a drum machine – only the input comes from your bicycle skills. Kinda cool, isn’t it? Watch the video. Continue reading →

Sick Custom Hyper Motard

The looks of the stock Ducati Hypermotard was never our style – it had way to much elements that was unnecessary spoiling the raw energy packed in the brilliantly thought hooligan machine. So actually – the Hypermotars is really easy bike to customize – ditch the silly looking mirrors and grip protectors, change the original “why-did-it-have-to-go-under-the-seat” exhaust and tie up the rear, and you’ll be laughing. This particular owner went a bit further, changing the stock wheels for the spoked units. The end result – perfect custom Hyper. Hit the jump button for the full gallery. Continue reading →

2012 Moto Guzzi / Nevada 750 / Moto Guzzi Griso SE Black Devil

Moto Guzzi is one of those motorcycling companies that keep surprising us time after time. For example – we didn’t know that they released new bikes based on the new 750cc engine (introduced with the new V7) – the Nevada and Nevana Aniversary 2012. Likewise, we’ve came across the new Moto Guzzi Griso Black Devil Special Edition with and aggressive black/silver livery. But what surprise us the most is the Guzzi’s constant effort to “not-do” anything special with their marketing… Continue reading →

Lusca Custom Triumph / Classic Range

With some simple photoshop – Lusca design tried their luck with virtual Triumph classic range customizing. The bikes are not so different from the stock units – or anything that we havent see before, yet they bring some freshness and some new approches to the subject. Our favorite – the Bonneville LSCR – the one on the picture above. Hit the jump button for more. Continue reading →

1199 Panigale Racing cafe

Now this is very interesting. We found this conceptual rendering of the Ducati freshest 1199 Panigale over on MotoBlog.it, and with some new fairing – the bike looks so differently awesome. We forgot that the basic design of the motorcycles haven’t changed for the last 30 years – and that the small things like fairing makes a huge difference. So if you ditch the LED headlights and the fancy rear section, and throw a pair round headlights and white wall tires – you can get a very exciting new neo-vintage cafe racer 1199! We love it!

Ferrari Motorcycle sold for £85,000

Did you know that Ferrari made a motorcycle?

…and now the only unit produced as a tribute to Enzo Ferrari was sold for £85,000. Other that it’s the only Ferrari motorcycle ever built, the machine is pretty ordinary in performance terms – inline 4 produces 105hp from 900cc. No carbon fiber or twin-turbos here. The interesting part is the body, which unlike the plastic body’s of today, is made out of aluminum. It was build by David Kay Engineering who worked for MV Agusta, only to be granted a permission from Piero Ferrari to use the Ferrari. Continue reading →
