NSMB British Motorcycle Restorers / 1955 Sunbeam S7 rescued

If you have a British or any vintage two-wheeled machine (and you live in the UK) that needs some minor technical assistance, or maybe even a full restoration, then there's a big chance Neil Hopewell is your man. Setting up the NSMB workshop back in 2006, Neil built his business out of love for older motorcycles and the process of restoration. Mr. Hopewell can work on anything – British classics, Japanese bikes, two-stroke, four-stroke, single, twin or triple cylinder engines, v-twins and four cylinder machines, old wrecks and fateful old runners, you name it. His pride and joy is a 1955 Sunbeam S7 that he rescued from the scrap heap.

The pictures and the quality of work speak for themselves – check out the amazing before and after photos. Continue reading →

1942 Harley WLA Flathead Bobber

this was an equivalent of Ducati Diavel back in the days…

This is the true oldschool 1942 Harley-Davidson WLA Flathead motorcycle. Rebuilt in bobber style, Andy from Germany did a complete restauration and an awesome job. The engine, transmission, frame, springer fork and the tank are all original. Andy replaced the old fork springs for the set of new Joe Hunt magneto ones, the seat, foot boards and the WRTT exhaust. The white wall tires are Shinko SHR 240 Classic Series MT 90-16 and they look great on this bike. The rear fender was “bobbed” to show most of the rubber while rims and the tank received a nice oldschool pinstriping. Continue reading →

Vicious Cycles Singapore / Azmi’s Kuina FabFour

You can do so much with so little…
Some 7-8 months ago Vicious Cycles Singapore helped their friend Azmi to realise his dream. They took his near stock Honda CB400 Four (named Kuina) and transformed it into an amazing retro cafe racer. The bike turned out so beautiful that Vicious needed so much time just to catch Azmi to do a short feature. And all they could do is to shoot it with an iPhone! Continue reading →

Bonneville T100 110th Anniversary Limited Edition

Triumph from Hinckley made their first motorcycle way back in 1902, which makes them 110 years old! Marking that occasion, they’ve prepared a special limited edition of their most popular model ever, dubbed Bonneville T100 110 Anniversary edition. Powered by the same smooth 865cc parallel twin featuring dual overhead cams, modern fuel injection and 67bhp disposable at the flick of your wrist, the 110th Edition gets mostly cosmetic changes. The Aluminium Silver and Khaki Green paint scheme is similar to those featured on the earliest Triumph motorcycles, while the reinterpretation of the original Triumph crest is visible on the sides. And yes, the chain guard, cam cover and grab rail are all finished in chrome now. Continue reading →

Romantic Vespa 50 from the 1970′s by SEBSPORTS

Our good friends at SebSports sent us photos of this beautiful 1970′s 50cc Vespa. Completely stripped for restoration, this little gem was soda blasted to remove all the rust from the frame (but not to damage the metal as sand blasting would) while the rust spots, dings and dents on the body accumulated over the period of 40 years were successfully eliminated. As it should, the little 50cc Italian received a nice powder coat, chrome and polish of all the little bits, while the engine was completely overhauled and the transmission brought back to its original state. John Renwick and his 180hp Vincent Epithemeus

If Burt Munro was alive, he would hang out with these guys!!!

John Renwick and Ed Wallbank created this greek-god motorcycle called Epithemeus – the 1665cc Vincent producing 180hp with a little help from the good old friend Nitrous Oxide. A three wheeled mad-man-machine powered by the old 1950 British V-Twin spinning the rear wheel via air-operated auto-gear box. Plain crazy. Check out the dyno run Continue reading →
