South Garage Cafe Racer Ducati 749

The Ducati’s 749/999 are not amongst the most popular bikes for custom projects. Even when crashed, their owners would opt for stock looks + an aftermarket exhaust and couple of accessories – that would be it. If you would to browse the internet, your chances of finding a custom one is slim at best. There’s only a handful of them in the whole world and in Cafe Racer form? 3 or 4…so when we came across this beautiful 749 cafe racer done by the brave and creative people from South Garage Motorcycles, Italy, we were pleased…and so will you!

The bike was tastefully painted in silver, accented by the candy red details and a vintage graphics on the seat unit. The exhaust is a 2-in-1 unit with a motoCross looking muffler, while the rear stop light goes along with the vintage cafe racer theme. The belt covers were removed to expose the raw mechanics of the Ducati 4 valve engine, and just check that coolant catch tank! Probably the best looking Ducati 749 cafe racer in the world.
