It is a full-length amateur track that is fun for riders of all skill levels. The track is also good for riders looking to focus on their turning technique.

There’s also the Main Track, which is the oldest track in California, having been ridden and raced by all the greatest motocross riders of all time. It dates back to the days of CMC, GFI Series, and the Pro Perris Invitational SX race. It has one of the best dirt in Southern California, and it delivers fun jumps with more than enough safety decks.

That’s not all since there’s also a new quarter-mile motocross track in the back section of the MX park that’s ideal for mini bikes that are 150cc or smaller. This track is a perfect introduction for riders who are new to this sport.

Barona Oaks Motocross

It is located in Lakeside, California, and it features two motocross tracks. The main track is just over a mile long, and it goes through the oak trees that will also give you shade during the warmer summer days. The main track is built just on the side of a hill, and this allows it to have natural elevation changes that make it challenging but fun to ride on.

The track is groomed and watered each day, and in order to keep things fun and fresh, the layout is changed weekly or bi-monthly.

Beginner riders can use the peewee motocross track, which is a smaller version of the main track. It is a quarter-mile long, and it features challenging obstacles to get new riders ready to hit the main MX track.

Moreover, Barona Oaks Motocross also incorporates a pit and camping area that are well shaded by the oak trees. The camping area offers access to bleachers and restrooms with running water. The peewee track, on the other hand, focuses on delivering a memorable experience to beginners, and it can also be used by new riders to learn the basics of motocross. To this end, the jumps are smaller, and this allows youth riders to practice comfortably and safely.

Both tracks are lit for practices, and overnight camping is permitted, too, for an additional fee.
